Download PDF of your certificate

1. Go to My TIG and log in to your account
2. Go to My Stones/Jewelry in the navigation menu
3. On the right side, click the 'view' link in the View Certificate column
4. >In the certificate page, click on the Print link in the top-right corner
5. In the print pop-up, select 'save as PDF'

Download certificate data into Excel

1. Go to My TIG and log in to your account
2. Go to My Stones/Jewelry in the navigation menu
3. Click 'export' at the top of the page
4. This will export the data you can see in the table. If you require additional data fields to be exported, please contact us.
